NPC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful applicant will be an employee of NPC and not Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Base practice within NPC with limited cross-practice movement to maintain continuity. Band 4 Registered Pharmacy Technician to support GP practices in Cramlington and Seaton Valley. Process wide range of medication tasks. Work across neighbourhood; base site agreed; mileage claimed; postholder must have business insurance. Deliver comprehensive primary care medicines management. Undertake activities predominantly within practice; flexible to network demands. Efficient delivery of medicines: medicines supply, discharge summary changes, liaise with care homes, support move to online prescription services. Knowledge of primary care operations and SystmOne advantage but not essential.
Band 4 Registered Pharmacy Technician. Must have business insurance. Fit and Proper Person Requirements (FPPR) and additional pre‑employment checks in line with CQC and NHS England statutory guidance. Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available. DBS certification required; paid via salary deduction from first monthly pay.
Base site with cross-site support. Evening and weekend working available. Flexible across practices. AI risk note retained. AI-related requirement not essential.
