Job description

Overview

Pest Control Technician – full-time position based in London and the Home Counties. No previous pest control experience is required as Cityspec provides a full and comprehensive training programme over a 5-6 week period, working in the field alongside our senior technicians and Technical Director.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of our pest control technician team in London and the Home Counties.
• Complete a 5- to 6-week training programme in the field with senior technicians and the Technical Director.
• Provide pest control services for clients in assigned areas.
• Available for overtime when required and on-call for emergencies (one weekend on call every 12 weeks).
• Operate within a permanent full-time schedule and adhere to the shift pattern described below.

Qualifications

• Full drivers licence.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience not required.
• Language: English – Advanced.

Schedule & Benefits

• Permanent full-time contract; Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
• Overtime when available.
• Weekend on-call once every 12 weeks for emergency callouts.
