Job summary

A well-established firm seeks an experienced Locum Personal Injury Solicitor to assist with an existing caseload on a fully remote basis. This role will focus solely on progressing and closing down ongoing claims, specifically in Road Traffic Accident and Clinical Negligence matters. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in PI work. Immediate availability preferred, offering competitive compensation on a rolling basis.

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid Personal Injury experience.
• Strong background in Road Traffic Accident and Clinical Negligence matters is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage files proactively is essential.

Responsibilities

• Progress and run down an existing caseload of Personal Injury claims.
• Handle Road Traffic Accident matters and Clinical Negligence cases.
• Work independently while managing deadlines.

A well‑established firm in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Locum Personal Injury Solicitor to assist on a fully remote basis to help reduce a caseload. The firm offers a close‑knit, supportive team environment, despite the role being fully remote.

The role involves progressing and running down an existing caseload, as the firm is no longer planning to undertake new Personal Injury work.

The caseload includes:

• Road Traffic Accident (RTA) matters, including one large, complex, ongoing RTA claim
• Clinical Negligence cases

Key Details:

• Locum position
• Fully remote working
• No new Personal Injury work – caseload to be progressed and closed
• Immediate or short notice start preferred

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid PI experience
• Strong background in RTA and Clinical Negligence matters
• Able to work independently and manage files proactively
• Comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines
