Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Personal Assistant to Directors.

This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting and supporting two Administration Directors with office-wide projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and schedule changes, and creating agendas and meeting materials.
  • Researching and prioritising requests and enquiries, determining a relevant response.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Reimbursing and reconciling expenses.
  • Drafting and formatting presentations and leadership materials.
  • Responding to emails, calls, and internal communications.
  • Building relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to support firm initiatives.
  • Tracking action deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
  • Collating and preparing data to support budget and firmwide processes.
  • Supporting department administrative duties.
  • Assisting in the organisation of office events.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered.
