About Us

We are a well-established and growing construction company delivering high-quality projects across Wales. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant / Senior Administratorto provide dedicated support to our Directors. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of senior-level operations and administration across the business.

The Role

As the PA/Senior Administrator, you will act as the right hand to our Directors, providing comprehensive support across diary management, communications, document preparation, and project coordination. This role requires discretion, initiative, and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level PA support to the Directors, including complex diary and email management
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations when required
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on behalf of the Directors
  • Support in project administration, collating information from sites.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Assist in operational administration tasks as required

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of3 years’ experiencein a similar PA or high-level administrative support role, ideally but not essential from within the construction or related industries
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
  • Professional, approachable, and trustworthy
