Overview

Support needed with independence. 8 hours per week permanent position.
Preferred days/times: Two four-hour sessions per week. Days and times to be agreed.

Responsibilities
  • Goal setting and supporting to reach goals by discussing the steps they need to take
  • Independence skills
  • Access and building confidence to go to community activities
  • Support to build a weekly/daily routine
  • Sometimes support may be needed with putting on socks and applying cream; the client wants to be as independent as possible
Logistics
  • PA will need their own vehicle and a full, clean UK driving licence
  • The client will pay mileage for going to and from community activities
  • DBS paid for by funding authority (if you don\'t already have a certificate)

  • Segmental peripheral neuralgia - nerve damaged
  • Hepatic fibrosis - liver damage
