Overview

Full time Senior Staff Nurse urgently required for a Private Hospital in the Guilford area.

Dream Medical is working with private hospitals in the Guilford area and urgently require a Senior Staff Nurse ASAP.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, mentor junior staff, take charge of the ward and make clinical decisions.
  • Deliver and maintain high standards of nursing care within the clinical areas.
  • Be patient-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Manage a wide range of activities and changing priorities within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Care for patients undergoing complex surgeries and those requiring oncology intervention or palliative care.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience as a Senior Staff Nurse in a private hospital setting is preferred.
  • Ability to inspire others and deliver the highest standards of patient care.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to mentor junior staff and lead ward-level clinical decisions.
  • Flexible and organised with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Full-time availability (37.5 hours per week).
Salary & Benefits

Salary £31-33K depending on experience plus additional benefits.
