Location: Central London (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: up to £75,000 + Bonus + 28 days holiday

Looking for an experienced HR professional with a passion for transformation and change that can lead the delivery of high-impact, people-focused projects for a Financial Services organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of HR transformation, collaborating with senior stakeholders and specialists across the organisation to design and implement innovative, pragmatic solutions that drive measurable value.

Responsibilities
  • Scope, design, and lead delivery of strategic People projects aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with Strategic People Partners and HR specialists to ensure effective planning, communication, and governance.
  • Analyse People data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure project success.
  • Deliver engaging communications and presentations to support change initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR processes and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to wider HR transformation and organisational design (OD) initiatives.
  • Support the transition to agile, product-led operating models.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong consultancy and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in analysing data to guide decisions and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
