About the Role:

As our People & Performance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our dynamic P&P and HSE teams. From recruitment and onboarding to employee experience and data integrity, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations. You’ll manage employment documentation, coordinate contracts, and ensure smooth processes for new starters and leavers. You’ll lead our Reward & Recognition programme, designed to celebrate Everyday Moments of Goodness that make our culture special. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to broader P&P projects and gain hands-on experience with exciting initiatives, including the rollout of a new HRIS.

Key responsibilitiesinclude:
  • End to end recruitment support
  • Onboarding
  • Reporting
  • Purchase orders
  • People administration, including variations and contract generation
  • Some IR and ER support
About You:

You may be a superstar business graduate, a People Leader or an existing HR Coordinator hungry to join or grow in the exciting world of FMCG. Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment
  • Effective written and verbal communicationskills
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive with a high level of enthusiasm,drive and curiosity
  • Highly organised with the ability toprioritise
  • Preferred - qualifications in HR
