A recruitment agency is seeking a People and Systems Coordinator to enhance their People Operations function. The role involves managing HR administration including recruitment, payroll, and compliance with GDPR. The ideal candidate should be CIPD Level 5 qualified with HR operations experience and expertise in Dayforce. This is a home-based position that may require travel to client sites across the South of England.
Were seeking a People and Systems Coordinator to support our clients People Operations function. This role delivers accurate, compliant HR administration while supporting the effective use and continuous improvement of People systems.
Youll be a first point of contact for people-related queries and manage core HR processes including recruitment administration, payroll inputs, contractual changes, Right to Work checks, DBS renewals, probation and leaver processes. Youll also support HR systems maintenance, data integrity, GDPR compliance, and system improvements.
This is a home based role with the expectation to travel to client sites as and when required across the South of England.
