Thisposition is within our People Projects, Process, and Data team and contributesto the efficient management and execution of tasks that support theimplementation of our people data strategy across both Superdrug and Savers. Thisposition works in partnership with the People Process Manager and will beintegral in the data journey of our People Team; with particular focus on addressingdata requirements, data visualisation and data governance. The rolecollaborates with team members and stakeholders to the administration of ourpeople data technology, as well as ensuring the effective use and analysis ofdata. Inall activities, this role is dedicated to promoting a positive employeeexperience for colleagues across our retail stores, head office, and for our distributionand transport teams.
KeyResponsibilities
- Working collaboratively on the delivery of thepeople data strategy across the team, with a particular focus on how theuse of People data and enhanced People processes can deliver for ourcustomers.
- Being a trusted adviser on people process and datamatters; taking initial ideas and requests, to fully fledged initiatives.
- Being a trusted adviser to stakeholders for all people datarelated matters.
- Supporting the People Process Manager on any related people systems tasks. Being a trusted sounding board on the efficient configuration of people processes.
- Takingon the role of a proactive problem solver; being able to understand the root causes of issues and able to influencegetting agreement on permanent solutions.
- Working with good data governance and structure to ensure everyonewho needs to be involved and consulted is aware of work, changes andunderstands the impact on employees.
- Managing full people project lifecycles; agreeing success measuresup front, ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated, andcompleting an evaluation after the project has ended.
- Supporting on governance and audit initiatives when required to bySenior Manager.
- Being an effective communicator; take responsibility for regularinternal project update meetings and holding stakeholders accountable foractions.
- Stay up to date with market trends and new initiatives, researching and presenting findings to drive innovation and efficiency in people processes.

What you’ll need:
- Strong knowledge and experience of working with data analysis andreporting tools such as PowerBI and PowerQuery is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail andstakeholder management experience.
- A passion for technology and how it can be leveraged to improve theemployee experience. An experience in the use of people systems technologyis an advantage.
- Knowledge of core HR practices, onboarding, contracts and GDPRrequirements are key.
- A keen interest in staying up to date with what’s going on in themarket and how that may impact us.
- A passion for the world of retail health and beauty, along with experiencein a retail business.
