Job Description:

We are recruiting an experienced Pensions Implementation Technician with a proven track record of using technology and strong knowledge of data extraction, manipulation, and transformation to help clients resolve challenges with their pensions data.

The successful candidate will have experience in working with various pensions administration platforms and transferring of member data from those platforms, excellent knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and Excel. They will be able to assess the difficulties that a client’s data will present, then design and implement software tools and accompanying processes to resolve those challenges in a clearly documented and risk-managed way.

We are looking for a self-starter with plenty of energy who works and communicates well with the team. In addition to your own tasks, you will be expected to take responsibility for reviewing the programming work of others to ensure technical accuracy. Experience in the technology aspects of pension correction and rectification exercises, and data audits would be advantageous as well as hands-on experience in the software development cycle.

This role can be based out of our London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh office working hybrid.
