Job Overview

You will be a key part of the payroll team assisting with the following.

Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Accurate and timely payroll delivery for UK and Irish payrolls.
  • Assist with payroll automation, reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy.
  • Vendor Management – lead relationships with payroll providers, holding them accountable for SLAs and driving improvements.
Essential Skills and Competencies
  • Experience working with various payroll providers.
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with process improvement and automation.
  • High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
Desirable Skills and Competencies
  • Experience working on various projects.
  • Experience using ADP.
  • Experience with Time and Attendance packages.
  • A fundamental understanding of UK payroll legislation.
  • Experience with Excel and spreadsheets.
