Mencap – Pay & Benefits Coordinator

Location: Peterborough • Salary: £27,608 per year • Type: Permanent • Hours: Full-time

As a Pay & Benefits Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our mission to support and enhance pay and benefits across Mencap. Your role will contribute to ensuring our pay and benefits processes are accurate, timely and aligned with our organisational goals. We are looking for someone who is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys solving problems, interpreting data to inform decisions, and communicating effectively to enhance the colleague experience. The role offers flexibility, including the option to work from home, to support work-life balance.

This is a full-time permanent role within the People Directorat e; you will collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to deliver inclusive, comprehensive and value-led pay and benefits to the teams and the people we support.
