Overview

A kind and energetic Nanny Housekeeper is being sought for a family of four in Milton on Stour, near Gillingham. This is a sole charge position with two active boys aged 8 and 6 years. The family live in a cottage in Dorset with a large garden.

Responsibilities

• All childcare duties for two active boys (8 and 6 years old).
• Family laundry, keeping the home tidy and clean.
• Cooking healthy meals for the children and occasional batch cooking for the freezer.
• Running errands to keep the home running smoothly.
• Planning fun day trips in school holidays and thinking ahead to what may need to be arranged for the children to maintain smooth household operation.
• Driving is essential as the boys attend school in the village and after-school activities in Mere and Gillingham.
• Walking the family dog from time to time.

Hours

This could also be an afterschool position working 3-4 days, 3-6/7pm.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum experience level: 3 years in childcare.
• Paediatric first aid training.
