Job summary

A global university is seeking an HR administrative professional in Chelmsford for a part-time role. You will act as the main point of contact for advice on recruitment and selection, as well as manage various administrative HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills; experience using HR systems and demonstrate a customer service focus. This role is for two days a week, specifically Thursdays and Fridays.

Qualifications

  • Experience using HR systems/databases/e-recruitment.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of queries, produce letters, update spreadsheets.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice on recruitment and selection procedures.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administrative processes.
  • Liaise with Payroll and Pensions teams to provide customer service.
