- Helping with the work planning of the office
- Data input and organisation
- Organising and scheduling staff work calendar and meetings
- Making appointments & dealing with telephone calls and queries
- Some letter, document writing, mail merging
- Invoicing
- Filing of Accounts and Tax Returns
- Helping with professional and staff compliance matters
- Arranging team events and training days
