• Locally based near Kilby or within a commutable distance.
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Motivated to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of drawings and design packages using Vectorworks.
• Support design development from concept to technical stages.
• Produce planning and presentation drawings with guidance.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients as needed.
• Conduct site visits and assist with surveys.
• Ensure design work complies with UK Building Regulations and policies.
• Contribute creative ideas to design processes.
