An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a long-established and well-regarded law firm based in Belfast. This role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced legal team, supporting a busy conveyancing caseload in a collaborative and professional environment.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors across all stages of residential property transactions. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity files
  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
  • Conducting property searches and reviewing title documentation
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
  • Managing files from instruction to post-completion
  • Preparing completion statements and SDLT/Land Registry submissions
The Ideal Candidate
