If you're a Paid Search Executive, PPC Executive or Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years' experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, and you're ready to take the next step in your performance marketing journey, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
  • As Paid Search Executive, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns, working closely with the wider Performance team to drive performance and meet ambitious business objectives.
  • Assist in developing and executing paid search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, managing campaigns that drive meaningful customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance against key metrics including CTR, CPC, and ROI, using data insights to continuously improve results and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and run A / B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates across all search activity.
