Job summary

A leading community health service provider in England is looking for a passionate professional for a part-time role in pediatric dietetics. You'll assess and support children with various nutritional needs and collaborate with healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of clinical experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience, including at least 6 months in paediatrics.
  • Strong clinical competence in paediatric dietetics, including assessment, treatment, and counselling.
  • Flexible, organised approach, with the ability to manage workload under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Paediatric Lead Dietitian to develop and enhance dietetic services.
  • Manage your own clinical caseload, providing dietary advice to children and families.
  • Use clinical expertise to assess and support children with complex nutritional needs.
  • Receive clinical supervision from a Band 7 Community Paediatric Dietitian.

Skills

HCPC registration
Strong clinical competence in paediatric dietetics
Excellent interpersonal skills
IT proficiency

Education

Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (or equivalent)
