Join Our Team as an Outpatient Support Officer

Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for providing excellent administrative support in a healthcare setting? Were looking for a proactive Outpatient Support Officer to join our welcoming team at Surbiton Health Centre.

In this vital role, youll be the friendly face of our outpatient services, supporting both patients and clinical teams through a mix of reception duties and clinic administration. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help ensure appointments run smoothly and records are accurately maintained.

Main duties of the job

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering high-quality clerical and administrative support for outpatient clinics

Welcoming patients and visitors at reception with warmth and professionalism

Managing appointment bookings and maintaining accurate records

Supporting the wider team to ensure efficient clinic operations

What we're Looking For

A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a calm, confident approach

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Sharp attention to detail and a methodical approach to record keeping

Previous experience in an outpatient or office environment

Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
