Job Mission

Within the Drive 4 You department of Stellantis UK, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating transport operations to optimize the transport performance of all vehicles of the Stellantis Group Brands (Alfa Romeo, Citroen, Fiat, Vauxhall, and Peugeot) destined for our fleets or the network. These operations are planned based on activity forecasts to ensure the efficient distribution within the Stellantis network and to internal customers.

Main Responsibilities and Role Requirements:

• Prepare transportation plans and routes to optimize and maximize profitability.
• Manage and coordinate the activity of fleet managers, monitoring routes.
• Prepare drivers’ activity schedules considering holidays and legal regulations.
• Analyze and define budget volumes and transport forecasts.
• Create reports and manage KPIs to optimize load rates.
• Develop new reporting tools (Business Intelligence) to standardize result summaries for all brand groups.
