The Role

As Retrofit Operations Manager, you'll:

• Oversee the delivery of retrofit schemes to full PAS 2030/2035 compliance
• Act as the go-to expert for retrofit and decarbonisation
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams across site management and coordination
• Ensure audit readiness and quality assurance working with designers, assessors, and consultants
• Engage directly with clients, representing the business at senior level
• Drive performance through inspections, compliance checks, and HSEQ standards
• Manage subcontractor competence and ensure PAS/MCS compliance

About You / Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in retrofit or decarbonisation projects
• Strong knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 standards
• Ideally Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination, Sustainability, or related field
• Retrofit Assessor/Coordinator training highly desirable
• Confident in managing teams, projects, and multiple stakeholders
• Skilled in P&L management, HSEQ compliance, and strategic planning
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach with excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
