A construction company based in North-West London seeks an Office Assistant to support the Office Manager with daily operations. Responsibilities include typing reports and quotations, managing Purchase Orders, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Candidates must have excellent English skills, be proficient in Office 365, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role offers 20 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays and a starting pay of £13 per hour, with a review after three months.
We are a medium-sized company based in North‑West London with circa 30 years’ experience within the construction industry specializing in internal and external refurbishment and restorations with a sizeable proportion of roofing works for our Central London Clients.
Candidates should have excellent English both oral and written as the role involves typing reports and quotations and dealing with clients on phones and via email.
The role is fast paced, and the successful candidate must be able to prioritise requests for attending jobs, updating reports etc. Candidates will also be required to keep Purchase Order records up to date, uploading POs to cloud system and chase outstanding requests.
