**OFFICE ADMINISTRATION NEEDED**
**PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES**

Here at Pertemps we are recruiting for 2 admin assistantsone being part time and one being full time if you haveadmin experienceand are looking for a new role please do carry on reading and apply we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is well-organised
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Assist with on-boardingnew employees and maintaining personnel records
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills & Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
