A local government authority in England is seeking an Occupational Health Deputy Clinical Lead to oversee the health management of its workforce. This crucial role involves providing expert advice, managing clinical operations, and supporting the development of health team members. Permanent and Full Time (37 hours per week)
Grade G, £51,282 to £56,184 per annum
Sunday 14th December 2025 at 23:59 hrs
You will be required (with notice) to visit various locations within Hampshire & Isle of Wight, to facilitate clinics and appointments, so you will need to have the ability to travel when necessary.
In this role, you will provide objective occupational health advice to individuals and managers, in order to support Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary in effectively managing the health of its workforce. This will support the retention of skills and experience in the force, keeping people engaged at work and/or promote their return to work.
