Nursing Home Manager - Dementia Nursing Home
Location: Wirral
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced and passionate Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized Nursing Dementia Home on the Wirral. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for providing exceptional care, who can motivate and inspire a dedicated team to deliver the highest standards of nursing and dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
• Ensure the highest quality of person-centred care for residents.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently.
• Support, develop, and inspire the nursing and care teams.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

About You

• Experienced Home Manager with a proven track record of running a successful care home.
• Nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration (preferred but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and best practice.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding care and continuous improvement.
