Job description

Our client is an independent healthcare provider with a superb reputation that is seeking a clinical manager to run its stunning , luxury small home in Hindhead.

You assume responsibility for providing leadership to the home, for managing and developing the home whilst ensuring the excellent standard of care this organisation is renowned for is delivered. You will be supported by a clinical lead and a strong , stable team of care givers.

The organisation is growing and you will be a business focussed and confident manager and able to be fully involved in the ongoing success of this home. You will have experience of dementia care and creating a nurturing and caring environment for residents and your staff.

You will need to establish and maintain good communication with residents, relatives, colleagues and professionals outside of the home such as Social Services, GP Commissioning Groups and the Care Quality Commission.

You will have:-

A current NMC PIN and a strong clinical focus

A strong record of care home management

RMA /NVQ 5
