Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, tracking progress and communicating with parents
• Take on the role of Key Person, supporting holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (e.g., Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Practitioner)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Passion for fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families
