About Our Nursery

Basingstoke Hospital, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 88 children and features a dedicated qualified staffing team passionate about providing the best outcomes in life. • Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.

• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience (ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner).
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
