Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Bishops Stortford area

Location: Bishops Stortford area, Hertfordshire

Salary: From £26,500 per annum

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality early years care and education, supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities in line with EYFS
• Support children’s emotional, social and educational development
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress

Hours & Shifts

• Full‑time position
• Shifts worked between the nursery’s opening hours (approximately 7:30 am – 6:30 pm)
• Flexible shift patterns within these hours

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
• Sound knowledge of EYFS
• Previous nursery or early years setting experience
• A caring, reliable and professional approach
