Overview

EYFS Teacher — Location: County Durham (DH1). Start date: ASAP / Flexible. Contract type: Full-time / Part-time, temporary with the potential for permanent. Pay: £110 - £160 per day (depending on experience and pay scale).

About the role
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.

  • Assessing pupils' progress and maintaining accurate records.
  • Working closely with teaching assistants, parents, and carers to support pupils' wellbeing and learning.
Ideal candidate
  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Have experience of teaching within the EYFS phase.
  • Be committed to promoting high standards of learning and behaviour.
  • Have strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
  • Hold (or be willing to apply for) a Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service.
