Nursery Manager – Acton W3

Salary: £28k–£31k pro-rata + benefits

Contract: Term Time, 32.5 hrs/week (9am–4pm)

A leading group of Montessori Nurseries in West London is recruiting a Nursery Manager for its small Acton setting. We welcome experienced Managers, Deputy Managers or Acting Managers ready to step up, with full training and support from the Area Manager & Director.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth running of the nursery
  • Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality care & education
  • Ensure children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
  • Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and children
  • Uphold compliance and regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Level 3+ childcare qualification
  • 2+ years as Nursery Manager/Deputy Manager/Acting Manager
  • Strong EYFS knowledge
  • Safeguarding, Child Protection & Behaviour Management training
  • Paediatric First Aid
  • Fluent in written & spoken English
