The successful candidate will lead the NPI Development team, ensuring quality and cost-effective manufacturing of electronic products. The ideal candidate will have an Engineering Degree and experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience with PCBA and leading a manufacturing or production team.
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within electronics assembly.
• Engineering Degree or equivalent with experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NPI Development team to ensure quality and delivery.
• Oversee prototype build of products and prepare documentation.
• Work with Operations personnel to optimize assembly areas.

Skills

Leadership in manufacturing

New Product Introduction (NPI)

Experience with PCBA

Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)

Understanding of PCB/cable assembly
