Nights Production Supervisor (PVC Windows & Doors) – Stoke-on-Trent

£43,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Company benefits + 21 days holiday increasing with service + Mon - Thurs Only - 4pm - 2.30am

Are you a Production Supervisor or Manager from a Windows & Doors background looking to directly contribute to the success of an exciting business where you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to manage the complete project, providing a platform for creative growth?

This is the opportunity to join an established, inclusive, and collaborative business, practicing at the highest level within the windows and doors industry, giving you variety and unique projects.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor or similar with a PVC Windows and Doors background, looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive services with a clear product vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the metrics of Safety/EHS, OTIF, Direct Labour and Quality
• Use SIC (Short Interval Control) to manage main KPIs, schedule and exceptions/issues
• Complete Daily Production Checks sheets and Remake sheets
• Ensure the most effective & efficient distribution of labour in the team and across site
• Follow, police and manage all Safety/EHS systems, processes and promote EHS culture
