Care and Support - Ty Llandaff Care Home

Contract: Full Time , Part- Time, Bank Salary: £12.21 Per Hour Shift Type: Nights Contracted hours: 24 to 48

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Night Care Assistants and provide comfort, safety, and support to our residents throughout the night.

Your Role as a Night Care Assistant
As a Night Care Assistant, you will be a reassuring presence for our residents, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night. You will assist with bedtime routines, personal care, and mobility needs. You will carry out regular wellbeing checks and respond promptly to call bells. You will offer companionship and reassurance, helping residents feel at ease during the night. You will support morning wake-up routines, ensuring residents start their day comfortably. You will maintain a clean, peaceful, and safe environment throughout the night.
