NHS Registered Nurse – Urgent Community Response

Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Band 5 Registered Nurse within the Urgent Community Response (UCR) service, spanning dynamic locations such as Brighton, Hove, Lewes, and the Havens. We offer competitive pay rates: Weekdays at £21 per hour (umbrella/LTD), nights/Saturdays at £25.29 per hour (umbrella/LTD), and Sundays/Bank Holidays at £30 per hour (umbrella/LTD). • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate closely within the wider UCR and community health teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements of the Nurse:

• RGN qualification with NMC registration and a valid live pin.
• Recent UK nursing experience is essential, with community/district nursing experience required.
• Prior experience in UCR is preferred; however, care assistant experience is also considered.
• Must have access to your own car for travel between community visits.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities in a fast-paced community setting is crucial.
