Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of newly referred adults experiencing First Episode Psychosis to the Early Intervention Service.
  • Serve as a care coordinator within the Care Programme Approach for a defined caseload of service users and their carers.
  • Provide evidence-based psychosocial interventions focusing on engagement, recovery, and social inclusion.
  • Address physical health care needs of service users, promoting overall well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey to recovery.
