Qualifications

Overview

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days out of 7)

Rate: £12.21 per hour

At National Car Parks we are looking to recruit a full time New Sites Opening Assistant to join our already established team across the UK. If you have experience in Painting, Landscaping, Cleaning and love outdoor work – then we would love to hear from you.

Purpose

To open all UT sites within a 2 hour radius of Maidstone in a timely and efficient manner fully across the estate in a manner suitable of NCP Brand Standards whilst holding and maintaining regular dialogue with the UT Site Opening Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Support the UT Site Opening Manager in opening of new sites.
  • To ensure that expected opening times and standards are achieved.
  • Maintaining good communications and consulting regularly with the UT Site Opening Manager and other car park staff.
  • Completion of daily/weekly/monthly Health & Safety checks as per Company polices on all Vehicles and Equipment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a manual labour job such as gardening, engineering, cleaning etc.
  • Ability to work as part of a close team and alone as and when required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Full Manual UK Drivers Licence Essential
