The Role

As New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving targets, and maintaining the dealership\'s reputation for excellence. You will lead by example, ensuring that customers receive a premium buying experience while maximising profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating the new car sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the sales department, including stock control, pricing, and reporting.
  • Monitoring sales performance and implementing action plans to drive results.
  • Coaching and developing the sales team to improve skills, performance, and customer engagement.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
