Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic New Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our SAP Services offering. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and helping global organisations solve complex supply chain challenges through SAP consultancy services.

As a leader in SAP Supply Chain consultancy, we work with some of the world’s best-known brands, providing expertise across SAP EWM, TM, IM, WM, and other modules. Your role will involve working closely with prospects and key stakeholders to promote and sell our SAP consultancy and implementation services.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential customers across the UK and internationally.
  • Promote and sell our SAP consultancy services, with a strong focus on supply chain transformation.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and initial engagement through to proposal, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align sales strategy with business goals.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly report on progress and KPIs.
  • Attend international trade shows, client meetings, and events to build relationships and showcase our capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within SAP, ERP, IT consulting, or enterprise service environments.
  • Experience selling professional services or consultancy (SAP services preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the supply chain landscape and business challenges within logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable with international travel and working in a hybrid or remote model.
