We are looking for a Network Product and Service Owner to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.

You'll help keep our networks stable, secure and performing at their best. That means working with engineers, suppliers and stakeholders to resolve complex network issues quickly, prevent outages before they happen and ensure seamless connectivity across our infrastructure. You'll dive into everything from troubleshooting WAN/LAN performance and analysing network telemetry to managing configuration changes and driving service improvements.
You'll also play a big part in shaping the future of our network products, supporting new technologies like SD‑WAN and cloud integrations, whilst making sure we stay ahead of security vulnerabilities and performance challenges. This is a role for someone who loves problem solving, thrives on technical detail and wants to make a real impact on enterprise‑scale infrastructure.
Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Blackpool, Manchester or Newcastle whichever is most convenient for you.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model – you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £39,621.
Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%, worth over £11,000 per year.
Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.
You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi‑time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
