Qualifications

  • Experience working in Air Hygiene and Duct company administration.
  • Ability to liaise with both internal and external contacts.
  • High level of organization for national project planning.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and answer client queries via phone and email.
  • Proofread reports from engineers for client communication.
  • Update company records with sample results and project status.
  • Support other administrator team members in daily tasks.
  • Advise clients on project results.
  • Handle invoices and necessary paperwork.
