Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B customer relationships and deliver sales, revenue, and profit targets.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business in line with company strategy.
  • Build strong relationships within the foodservice sector and lead joint business planning.
  • Communicate customer needs, including NPD briefs and sample feedback, to internal teams.
  • Oversee pricing, conduct regular reviews, and negotiate terms to maintain healthy margins as well as delivering accurate sales forecasts.
About You

The successful candidate shall have a proven background as an Account Manager within Food Manufacturing or FMCG sales.

Alongside managing key accounts, you’ll have a strong track record of gaining and retaining new business.

Commercially astute and results-driven, you excel at building genuine customer relationships, collaborating across teams, and bringing a positive, hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.

  • The site is based in Herefordshire and is commutable from Ludlow, Worcester, Hereford, Abergavenny, Brecon and surrounding areas.
