Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) — Location: Pudsey, Leeds | Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per year | Hours: 7:55 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a well-established manufacturing business in Pudsey that is looking for the right person to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering long-lasting solutions rather than quick fixes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Fault finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems (70/30 split).
• Work closely with production to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement projects and complete root cause analysis.
• Take on hardwiring and facilities maintenance to keep the site operating at its best.

Requirements

• Apprentice-trained or equivalent qualifications in electrical engineering.
• 17th / 18th Edition certified.
• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) within a manufacturing setting.
• A calm, methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
