Overview

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, £36,500 per annum, Working between two sites, UK&I Bounce plan.

What You’ll Do
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of equipment, including boilers, pumps, AHUs, BMS systems, distribution boards, lighting systems, and more.
  • Work with subcontractors to complete statutory inspections and maintenance.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance records using CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo).
  • Deliver remedial works to high standards and support small projects and upgrades.
  • Provide real-time updates to the Digital Hub to keep workflow on track.
  • Assist with emergency responses, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Work in line with Sodexo’s Zero Harm safety commitment, ensuring safe systems of work at all times.
  • Participate in on-call rotas and occasional weekend/out-of-hours work when needed.
What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • HND/NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical building services.
  • IOSH Passport or CSCS Card.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office & CAFM/CMMS systems).
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience with Maximo or EZMax.
  • Property maintenance skills.
  • AP/CP appointments (Electrical, Boilers/Pressure systems, Confined Spaces, Working at Heights).
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
