The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications and experience in multi-trade fabric skills and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a permanent position with a full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Significant carpentry/joinery experience.
• Ability to follow Health & Safety procedures.
• License to work on fire door sets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabric-related PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Deliver building services including carpentry and painting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
