A leading affordable housing provider in Chesterfield is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to deliver essential repairs and maintenance services. This role requires excellent multi-trade skills, customer service expertise, and offers a competitive salary of £36,838. The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Permanent, full-time. Salary: £525 per week.
Job Category: Repairs and Maintenance
Our Repairs and Maintenance teams play an important role in delivering our vision to provide great homes and great service. They offer vital support, ensuring that our homes are safe, warm, and dry; places where our residents are proud to live. We are regularly looking for skilled trades people including Joiners, Plumbers, Plasterers, along with Skilled Labourers to support the delivery of repairs, maintenance, and general multi-skilled work. We are a customer focused organisation, and we are looking for people with great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. Our Skilled Technicians must have a full UK driving licence. A basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership is also required. Our colleagues work 39 hours per week and support out of hours callout on a rota basis which is paid at £525 per week. Hours of work are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am-3:30pm on Friday.
Salary notes: Salary for Multi-skilled Technician: £36,838; Salary for Skilled Labourer: £27,315
