Are you a multi-skilled tradesperson looking for a new role in the Commercial Site Maintenance industry? You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to a portfolio of commercial properties, including retail units, offices, and student accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to a portfolio of commercial properties (retail units, offices, student accommodation).
• Carrying out a range of trades in a mobile role including plumbing repairs & maintenance, carpentry & joinery, painting & decorating, patch plastering, tiling & flooring, roofing repairs, and external & groundwork maintenance.

Requirements

• Full driving licence required as this is a mobile role; a company vehicle is provided.
• Ideally a qualified tradesperson with a good range of trades skills as listed above.
